Where our house is located

Our house is located in a very quiet area with a wonderful view directly over the centre of the village of Kappl which is just 5 minutes away on foot.

The Kappl-Dias ski region can be reached in winter in just a few minutes on foot. You can, however, also reach the gondola lift in the valley at no extra cost by ski bus. When the snow condition is good you can move down from the ski slope directly up the house.

In just a few minutes by automobile you can also reach the cross-border Silvretta skiing arena of Ischgl from our house with its countless ski slope kilometres. The skiing area of Galtür lies very close to us.
